Sorry Roo, I just think they look reee-diculous.  It did make me laugh.  Poor little kitties.   How did the get them to stay on?  I keep trying to see if its photo-shopped.

I'll confess. We have a jingle bell collar for our dog, it's stretchy like a big scrunchy. We put it on the black cat and she takes off all over the house, tearing through the rooms trying to get away from the bells! Then she freezes on the kitchen table like "I can almost hear it" Then BOOM, she's off again. Bells are way more fun than cat wigs! We only do this in Decmeber, it's not a weekly event so please don't turn me in to PETA.
