Chloe's eye doctor is participating in a program that gives complimentary eye exams to infants under one year of age. The program is called InfantSee, and it offers free eye exams to encourage parents to have their infant's eyes checked before they are a year old, just to make sure they're healthy and to possibly catch problems early on. Our doctor gave us a packet with information about the program, how vision helps other senses develop, etc. We got Kasey's eyes checked yesterday and it was completely free - not even insurance is billed.
If you go to www.infantsee.org, you can look for participating providers in your area.
I thought that since we have had several new babies join us this year, and several more on the way, I would pass on the information! If you have any questions, let me know!
