Landscape Designer?

Does anyone have someone they would recommend who could come to our house and provide an extensive landscaping plan?  I don't necessarily need them to do the work...more the design than anything.  Thanks!

We got designs from both Buck & Sons and M.L. Longaberger.  Both were great designs and I highly recommend both.  I would tell them up front that you are not interested in using their landscaping services so they can give you a better estimate on how much a design would cost. 

You can also try local nurseries -- like Oakland, Darby, Straeders, etc.  I know they do that kind of stuff as well.

I know a guy who would do a great job

he does landscape design for one of the leading luxury home builders in the area... and he's got a degree in it and helped us to do some small stuff...

my DH is a landscape architect (graduated from OSU) and does designs.  Page me if you want his info.  I will tell you, however, that designs can be (and good ones SHOULD be) pricey.
