As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Looking for a deal?
There are so many homes out there right now that are bank-owned and need a little work, and homes that baby boomers are selling (down-sizing) and need some updating. I have a group of past clients, friends and prospects that have told me they'd like to get a list of these homes on a regular basis (usually weekly).
