Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

wiping out laptop memory?? how??
I want to sell my Dell Inspiron Laptop. I'd like to wipe it clean. It currently has issues, and would need some diagnostic work. I just want to sell it for ANYTHING, really. Any ideas how to wipe the memory? Anyone want it?

I think you can buy a program that will wipe it clean, but I'm not sure what it's called.

He has a computer business and said if you didn't want to do it that for a small fee he could do it again assuming you have the cds. I didn't ask him what would happen if you don't have the cds. lol
