I heard about that on the radio.  The guys on the show couldn't figure out how it was possible. Took about 5 minutes to figure out that he used the umbrella hole.

Ok, I'll be the weird one here and say I feel sorry for him.  First of all, he was in his own yard.  Lots of people do weird sex things but they don't get splattered all over the news.  Sure, it wasn't smart and very weird and it's unfortunate that he was so close to a school, but come on people.  A felony?

"He shouldn't be allowed just for the fact that he could do that again -- and nude that close to a school. That should be zero tolerance," says Brice Jacobs, a neighbor.
Dude, get a life.  God forbid children see someone nude.  The travesty!  He should be strung up by his toes in town square!  I'd rather my kid see that then half the shows on TV.

I'm not saying what he did was right, but I am saying that I feel for him, and especially his family, at how out of control this story has gotten.
