Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I need to work where my Mom works...
She was telling me this weekend that she got her annual merit and COLA raise then a few days ago her boss called her into his office and told her that she is getting an additional $10,000 a year raise on top of everything else! To think, I get would be ecstatic about a $2500 a year raise, I couldn't even fathom $10,000 a year.
