Pineapple casserole?!?!

So, thanks to nestir peer pressure, I have decided to make the pineapple casserole

I copied the previous post with the recipie....but googled it jsut for fun.  All the ones I find have cheese in it......what do you girls use? 

I am here making the YUMMIEST carrot cake EVER and getting ready for deviled eggs and twice baked potatoes (sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good) but am feeling the need for the casserole recipie again.  Just in case I have to make the THIRD trip to the grocery today   kroger once, ginat eagle once already.

I can't help with the casserole recipe, but was curious if you would mind posting the carrot cake recipe? I love carrot cake, but have never made it myself and would like a tried and true recipe.

sure!  I will start a new post.  I have never made carrot cake, either, and I am making it for the first time.  I am actually making cupcakes, and had a little left over and made a tiny cake....and it's YUMMY!

my best friend makes the Paula Dean recipe and it's AMAZING!!!  She's actually making it tomorrow and I can't wait.  Her's does have cheese in it; not sure if you want cheese or no cheese.
