Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Use this, substituting your tiny url and removing the **
<**img src="http://tinyurl.com/27j6xy" width="200"**>
To get a tiny url of a picture, right click op the picture and go to Properties. Copy the Address(URL). Go to tinyurl.com and paste in the url, and copy the tinyurl.
If you want to upload a picture, i use tinypic.com a lot, it cuts out a step. you can just use the tinypic URL instead of going and getting a tinyurl.
