DH was disappointed that I hadn't called the listing agent for the other house so we could go through it...I was shocked! I did manage to get him on board with my getting the condo listed plan. The first closet has officially been cleaned out and is "ready"....now for the rest of the house.
I LOVE looking at houses, even when I'm not in the mood to move but it is serious dangerous activity since I want to move so bad!
lets keep selling first in our heads, so we dont end up convincing our selves that we can afford 2 mortgages, just for a little while. hehe
dh will surely be the voice of reason when it comes to 2 mortgages! I'm cleaning out the pantry/laundry room today...hopefully Ella takes a nice long nap and I can make good progress.
Oh, and I'm emailing nestie realtors to set up a meetings that way we have a goal for getting things done.
dh wanted to get up at 6 am this morning to start the cleaning and when the alarm went off he asked me how i felt (since I had a sore throat yesterday) and I said my throat still hurt so he decided I needed the rest and he went back to sleep. So much for motivation!
