birthdays in your office
We were giving people balloons, from the company on their birthday. We learned recently that they are setting off our alarm at night. I was wondering if you had any ideas that would allow that person to stand out but not set off our alarm.

My manager always brings in cake or cookies or donuts for whomever's birthday it is, sets it on their desk, then sends out an email to everyone telling them to wish that person a happy birthday and grab a treat while they're there.
