want to buy a house...NOW!
so, I found a house that I LOVE! but our condo isn't even on the market yet and I'm sick with nerves thinking someone else might buy my house before we get our place on the market and sold! I'm mildly obsessive. 
So, who wants to buy a condo!?!?!?
What do I do? Where do I start...oh yeah, convincing DH that we are close enough to "spring" to get the condo listed...it IS 10 days away!

house I want is in Dublin (granted dh hasn't seen it yet and i've only seen pictures, but I like it alot).

dh saw the listing and laughed it off unless we can talk them down on price...can't we at least look in person before we start poo-pooing things?!?? geez!

Take it from me - stop looking until you at least have your condo listed!! I waited until after and even then was too soon. The market is bad.
You don't want to end up like me with 2 mortgages. I love our tenants, but it took a lot of work to get everything set up for that, and there's no guarantee they'll stay a second year.
