Apt. Recommendations

DH's job is transferring him to Columbus within the next month. We won't have time to look for houses with my travel. Can you girls recommend a 2+ bed apt, around the $700-900 range. He'll be working around the Polaris area also. TIA.

Re: Apt. Recommendations

  • I would recommend The Meridian, The Quarry, or Marble Cliff. Good luck!
  • BTW...those are all in the grandview area. Not too close to polaris, about a 25 minute drive.
  • I'm going to suggest the community I used to work at. Honestly, it's not your typical "apartment"...there's never any issues, and it's really quiet. It's The Village at Worthington Green, off of Hard Rd. and Smoky Row Rd., between Dublin and Worthington. They're ranch style, so no one over you to make noise, and they have nice patios that you can do gardening in. They're not as updated as some apartments, and maybe not as big (2 BRs are 1004 sq ft, w/ 1 bath, vaulted ceilings), but it's the best "apartment" experience you'll ever have. 12% of the residents have been there over 5 years, which is almost unheard of in the apartment industry. I don't know about the new staff, but I know when I worked there, we got rave reviews about our customer service. Maintenance is terrific, but things don't go wrong very often, not nearly as much as other apartments. You don't have a fitness center, but like I said, it's VERY quiet, and a great little neighborhood feel. I'd say you're 15 minutes from Polaris, and right near Sawmill Rd., where there's also tons of stuff.

Check them out on www.apartmentratings.com. (Or any complex you go look at.)

If you go there, tell them Crystal sent you!
They didn't have you where I come from...never knew the best was yet to come...
  • I dunno if you interested in just an apartment or maybe renting a condo too..

We have a 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom condo, 1 car garage, brick patio, finished basement available for rent. The house has been professionaly cleaned every month for the past 2 years, and has new carpets and flooring through out the home. All appliances will remain in the house, including washer dryer, fridge, microwave, gas range. Water/Trash/Outside Landscaping are included (your condo fees will be paid for as well). Will be available starting April 10th.

let me know if you would like additional info :)
