Have you heard anything about your home inspection yet? I hope it went well!

Hi Amber,
The home inspection went well. The only issue was the sump pump float level needs adjusted because the water gets a little too high before it kicks on. Nothing too major. Also it needs a back up pump installed especially since it has a wood foundation. There is no concrete in the whole house. Strange! The mortgage company appraised the house yesterday at the same time and it is appraising for more than we paid which is great!

Mark still hasn't seen it! He's so busy with school and work that he hasn't ben able to go up there. We drove by it Saturday so he knows what it looks like from the outside. I've taken lots of pictures for him to see. So he atleast has an idea
