Delaware Co. Bank & Trust?

Does anyone bank with them?  We've got our 2 car loans through them, and are thinking about switching our checking & saving over to them as well.  TIA!

Re: Delaware Co. Bank & Trust?

  • I don't but you ought to check and see if they will offer a break on your interest rate if you have multiple services through them.  Just a thought to save you some money.
  • I used to but I don't anymore.  They have so many locations in the Powell/Delaware/Lewis Center/Marysville area that sometimes I think we should bank with them just because they are convinent.  We actually bank with National City.

  • We do and everything has been fine. I feel like they are 'old school'...they seem to recognize us by name (dh probably by sight since he does most of the banking) and are always quite friendly.

My only complaint is that I can't transfer money between accounts online...granted I haven't asked them about it so maybe I could and just need to set it up. I can view my checking account online though.

  • I worked at a branch for two years and banked there for several. I now live out of the county so I no longer have a checking or savings, just my car loan.  I would have kept my accounts if it were still convenient.

Overall, a good bank with a small town feel. I'd recommend them anyday.

  • RieTie:

You can definately transfer money online. Just double check with a branch associate to make sure it has been setup for transfers and if it has not, they can do that for you! =]

  • Bob...thanks for the info...I will have to make a visit to get it set up.
  • I LOVE them! You can do all your banking online (even transfering) I usually bank through the drive thru because I don't want to have to drag my kids inside but they always send a lollipop for Ruby and they always know me when I go inside. I love them!
  • I've been with them forever, even stayed with them when I lived in the Akron area.  They have always been great with car loans.  And you can definitely transfer between accounts online.  Mine shows inmy checking, savings, and car loan balance.  They know their customers, and even asked about setting up Brody's savings account the first time I took him in with
