Wow, that's so horrible.  It seems like something could have been done earlier to save the baby.  I can't imagine what she's going through.

That probably wasn't the smartest thing for me to read upon returning from a funeral....my heart absolutely breaks for her. That has to be one of the saddest things I have ever heard. She and her little angel are in my prayers, and may God give her the strength to get through this tough time.

That story really made me sad.  It pissed me off that the nurses were like "ok, we know he swallowed his poop, but he'll be okay".  If it were me, I'd be talking C-section the first time his heart rate started going up and down.  That mother should never have been put in the situation that she thought everything was okay, but it wasn't.  It seems like the hospital staff was negligent.

That story made me cry! My heart breaks for the Nestie and her family...I hope there is an investigation by the hospital on what happened.

Yes can we say "C-section." That should have been done a lot sooner. You don't have to be an L&D nurse to know that. I feel so bad for this nestie. The nurses and doctors should have known better. Poo on them. Makes me sick!!

This is just awful and sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. I feel so horrible for this family.
