Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I was bad this morning.

I keep trying to convince myself that I'll get up a 1/2 hour earlier than normal to spend 30 minutes working out before I get in the shower.  It never happens.  I just roll over re-set the alarm and lay in bed not really asleep enjoying the cozy warmth. 

I have one of our bikes up on a trainer to turn it into a stationary bike so everything is all set up but really really I can never convince myself that getting outta that bed is a good thing.

I'm not really trying to lose weight I just happen to know that my endurance is at the bottoms and that I'm not in shape no matter what the scale says. 

Sigh now I need someone to kick my butt when I get home to get on that thing.
