I haven't been on here much to post lately because all the work that goes into buying a home is time consuming especially when it is a 2.5 hour drive!
The house is in Norwalk which is not too far from Sandusky. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath ranch built in 1999. It has a full finished basement complete with a wetbar and recroom. It sits on 1.5 acres and is only 5 minutes from where Mark will be working!
I didn't think we had a chance at it since multiple offers hit the table and we couldn't raise our price since it was already at the top of our budget. The house just went up for sale monday and I went to see it Tuesday. Poor DH hasn't even seen the house he is going to own. He won't see it until home inspection sometime next week!

I'm a big fan of the Norwalk area. My parents live in Bellevue, and I got married up in Sandusky.
I'm sure your DH will love it as much as you do!
