Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I did talk to my boss today, and she's talking to the regional VP, one
step above her own boss, to negiotiate, I suppose. But even if she
stays, I still feel overwhelmed, and don't really even want to do it. But in the beginning I committed myself to this job for one year, so if she stays, I guess I stay.
I just feel like for every step we take forward, someone comes in the door and knocks us 3 steps back. Even working through lunch every day and staying late every day isn't getting us any closer to getting things on track...it's just too big.
OK...well, I don't want to start rambling again...so I'd better leave it here.
