Anyone going to see Obama tomorrow?

I wonder if it's going to be a total zoo down on campus. I'd be interested in going, but I don't know if my boss will let me have the time off.

Ugh.  Knew he was coming as of Sunday night, in the middle of dinner, when DH had to take a 15 minute phone call to start the set up.  He's working today 7:30 a.m. to about 9:00 p.m. to set up and work all the logistics for it.  I wish these candidates would stay the heck away, for the sanity of my marriage.....

Oh, so you all know, there's an overflow in the French Field House with a stage where Obama is supposed to make a quick stop if the overflow is needed.  So if there are more attendees than St. John holds, there will be a place to go.

Can I have the info on this event?  I am sure my parents would want to go.  Do you have to have tickets?

I don't think you have to get tickets. The only link I have is for the media, but I'm trying to find something better.

If I am remembering correctly, you do not need tickets, but supposedly an RSVP will help (not sure exactly how as I have never gone to a political rally). doors open at 8:30 am I believe with Obama speaking at around 10:30 am.  Also just know that bags/backpacks/signs/banners are prohibited.
