Do you ever eat at Columbus Fish Market? Have you ever had anything Shang-hai Style there? I love the salmon shang-hai style and I was wondering if anyone's ever tried to recreate it at home and how to do so. I know this is a totally bizarre and random page....

  • OK - I googled and found a recipe at columbusfishmarket.com, so never mind. the only question I have left is how to make sticky rice?
  • I looked on the website because I was excited to know there were recipes online.  I found the sticky rice recipe under the ginger samon:

    Sticky Rice Syrup:
    ? cup Rice Wine Vinegar
    ? cup Granulated Sugar

    Sticky Rice:
    1 cup Rice
    1 cup Water
    1 tsp. Kosher Salt
    2 oz. Sticky Rice Syrup (see above)
