We are moving Connor
DH and I have been interviewing in home daycare providers this week and I think we finally found our lady yesterday. She was awesome, answered all of our questions exactly how we wanted them answered and she isn't that far out of the way from drop off and pick up. It doesn't hurt at all that we will save $70 a week (around $3500 a year) off the top and we only pay her if Connor is there so when we take our vacations this year or when he is sick, we don't have to pay like we do at his current center. We are excited but I am so anxious about turning in our notice to the center at the end of this week.

Oh, I am so glad you posted that. I was wondering about your search.
We had a mad scramble to get out of our situation because it was just horrible. So I found a spot at a center that was way expensive and it was our "if nothing comes up this is what we are doing" option. And then the frantic interviewing began, and it only took two interviews to find someone great. Today is her first day there, so everybody cross your fingers that it's a good match!
I felt so guilty sending her to the last sitter, now I feel much lighter on my feet today. That's a good sign in itself. 
Hope your new sitter is good to your Connor!
