Poll: What are your work hours?
While we're not going to a fully flexible scheduling program, they are allowing us to adjust the hours during the day that we work. It's been over 5 years since I've had to be at work before 8:30 but am considering 7-7:30 now if it means that I can get out earlier in the afternoons. I may even move to 30 min lunches to go home early.

3. What time do you have to be at work? 9 am at the lastest. Usually I get here before 9...just depends on traffic from Tempe to Phoenix.
4. How long do you get for lunch? We can take as long as we want...in the summer and early fall, we may do 1.5-2 hour lunches...during our busy period (late fall-spring), 1 hour lunches are the norm.
5. What time do you leave from work? Hmm, depends on the day. We don't have to work 8 hours a day since there are nights we are here past 7 pm, so they figure it all works itself out. Most days I leave at 6 pm because traffic is dying down in Phoenix, so the drive back to Tempe isn't bad.

i've JUST changed my work hours, and i love it. i used to go 730-8 to 4-430. Now I go 9-530. Traffic is SO MUCH better. Plus, I can do my own thing in the mornings (job search, work out, order invitations) which it great because my energy is SHOT coming evening time.

4) As you can see above, I don't leave any time for morning prep (shower, etc). I don't take a real lunch, just get something from the kitchen and go back upstairs. I "swap" my lunch time for showering and stuff before I need to leave for my first appt of the day.
