Found cocker spainel in Strawberry Plains TN
My parents found a young cocker spaniel running through the neighborhood. They have asked all the neighbors and taken it to several vets to if it looked familiar or was microchipped. Its a male. Anyone know of online sites I can post a description for a found dog in the Knoxville are OR of a no kill rescue??
