Architects or architecture students?
Does anyone know any architecture students or architects who are just starting out? DH and I have met with a couple of well-established architects in the area recently and have been quoted numbers ranging from about $13k to $18k for designing our house. We don't want to spend that much. We have alot of ideas already and we have a home design software that will let us do a lot ourselves. We'd just like to find someone to give some input and offer some suggestions, but not design the whole thing from start to finish. Someone who won't expect to make more than say $5-10k.
