XP: How to find sitters?
How do you find area sitters? We are desperate to get out (only been out twice alone in the last year) and don't know how to find reputable local sitters. Anyone have any ideas? TIA!

I love babies and kids and would babysit on some weekends (possibly weeknights) if someone needed it. We get plenty of alone time on the weekends that I could break away for a little while.

I am listed on www.nannies4hire.com. I currently babysit 2 to 3 times a week for a family with a 2 year old and a 4 month old. That being said, I would try the website and if that doesn't help, I would love to help!
I think that there are other websites like: www.babyistters.com www.sittercity.com and some others that I found just by google.
