Anyone ever use vistaprint.com?

I'm intrigued by their prices...good experiences? Bad? How's the print quality? And finally -- is it so cheap because they put their logo on your stuff???

Re: Anyone ever use vistaprint.com?

  • I've used them in the past and have been very happy with their service.  If you order anything and pay for it, they don't put the logo on it.  It is only on the free stuff that I know of.  I ordered a logo and business cards through them and I'm getting ready to order some card mailers through them.  I think the print quality is excellent.  Hope this helps!

  • pretty much exactly ditto the pp. i got free business cards and their logo is on the back, but the christmas cards i bought did not. and they were great print quality, i was very pleased. and cheap!
  • I ditto what everyone else said. Except the one thing I can't stand is that they email and call me ALL THE TIME. They are relentless in trying to get me to spend more money with them.
  • I ordered a "free" calender from them for a Christmas present. I normally use KodakGallery. They charged me a $10 "photo upload fee" and $2 shipping, meaning I only saved a couple of dollars.

The calender was much lower quality (flimsy) than Kodak gallery and arrived in a package that had allowed moisture in (calender was not wrapped in plastic). I would not use them again.

  • I got an address stamp with them and it was really cheap, but pretty good quality.  It was a self-inking stamp and I think cost like $4 including S&H.  I'd use them again.
  • We did our save the date business card magnets with them and they were GREAT.  The image I scanned in was dark and I was not happy with how it printed on the magnet and they just had me send one back, explaining why I didn't like it.  I uploaded a new lighter photograph and got a new slew of magnets.  I like how they print ON the magnet opposed to something glued to the magnet with the potential to come off.

    Will definately use them again!
  • I've used them several times and been very happy.....business cards and christmas cards.  I think the print quality is really good and I consider myself to be kinda picky with that.  I've paid for all of my stuff so their logo isn't on there.  I think their logo is only on the free stuff.

I haven't had Cassie's experience with the calls and emails at all.  So I'm not sure why she is getting hounded.

  • Thank you all for the feedback! I think I'll give 'em a shot.
  • I think I might have been hounded because I was ordering on behalf of my husbands business. Once they realized that I was the "marketing" person, they went nuts trying to get me to buy all kinds of stuff for the business.
