Pink Moon Cupcake Bakery is the place we went to in Powell.
But as a connoisseur of cupcakes, as I like to think of myself, I think the best in town are at Our Cupcakery in Dublin. This comes from a extensive research involving a serious amount of testing/tasting.
This even includes the famous place in NYC featured in Sex and the City. Cupcakery is my personal fave.
