How far out are you thinking? It really all depends on our careers. Im going back to school in the fall and I would like to be almost finished by the time we are pregnant. If it was my decision it would be NOW, but I have a feeling it will be sometime in 2010 if Im lucky

How far out are you thinking, if so? The master plan is to TTC toward the beginning of '09. 3 years ago that seemed SOOOO far away....now it's so close it's starting to freak me out (in a good way!)

We are pretty sure kids are not in the future, but we also have not 100% completely closed off the idea of having them.
IF we decide to have kids, it won't be for like another 4-5 years that way Chris is done or almost done with his PhD program. Most likely we will move again back East when he is done so I'd want to move before popping out a kid.
We've always been anti-child so I'd say 99.9% that no, no kids in the future. There occasionally is a twinge of regret or wonder about what my future will be like without having kids of my own, but that quickly goes away when I think about what it would be like to have to *raise* kids.
Nature will make that decision for me pretty soon anyway.

Definately kids in the future. DH and I both want a big family (big meaning 4, not duggar big).
DH has major baby fever, but its really impractical right now. We will see when it becomes practical, but probably not too far out.

3. DH will be up for partner in Oct 2009 -- so until he's finished his buy-in I will be the primary bread winner and won't want to risk having to take unpaid time off -- so hopefully after that -- no clue how long it will take though -- probably at least a couple of years after Jan 2010...
