Annoying people vent.

What kind of person thinks its ok to drive into a crowded neighborhood (where the houses are very close together) at 7am, pull up in front of an apartment building, and honk several times? How is that acceptable? Yes, you are getting the attention of the person you are picking up, but you are also waking up the entire street.

And this is the second time this happened this week - the same car did it on Saturday at 8am as well.

The kid next door has friends do that at about 5:30 some mornings--typically honk about three separate times over about 5 minutes--it happened three times in a week.  This is also the same kid who has friends who like to play their thumping music so loud that I can hear it inside my house at 11 p.m.  Inconsiderate people piss me off.

It is even more frustrating considering that the apt building next to us (where this is happening) is unlocked, and that there is open parking (is not permits or anything, and there is always somewhere to park.

Maybe next time I will go out there and yell at them.

My neighbor carpools with someone to the elementary school (which is a freakin 2 blocks away....).  The other mom always honks when she pulls up.  It's not quite 7am, but annoying nonetheless.

Yeah, we have people like that on our street too.

if they did i would be very unhappy

I have a great neighborhood except one guy down the street thinks it's ok to let off fireworks at random times (in the middle of the day, or the evening when it's not even dark!). His kids also play in the street and there is a big park right behind their house they can play in!!

I don't have honking, but blasting music with an unneccesary bass coming from the kids across the street at all hours of the night...Im talking like 2am or later. We live on a really quiet street with a ton of little kids. I have no room to complain, but my neighbors with little ones sure do. And on top of it, these "kids" blasting the music are in their mid-twenties and still live with their parents.

I heard that Pepsi did an ad where there was a deaf guy driving a car.  He couldn't remember which house his freind lived in.  So, he honked the horn.  The house where the lights didn't turn on was where the other deaf guy lived. 

Thankfully no rude honking people here.  Just fireworks at wierd times too.
