Part time job with health insurance needed

Hey ladies,

My sister (who is a very young 55) is looking for a part time job, preferably east side of town, and needs health insurance benefits.  She just wants to work 20-30 hours a week, and she can do office work or retail or things like that.

Anyone know of anything?

Re: Part time job with health insurance needed

  • Just off the top of my head, I know Starbuck's offers health insurance to employees who work at least 20 hours a week.
  • I think Home Depot does, too  (not sure if that's her bag)

  • See my post below about a job offering. My Dh's company is hiring and they want to hire part time and full time. Check it out. (It's the north side of town though)
  • Most temp. agencies offer heath insurance at a reasonable price.

She could also look at a single plan.  I had one for a while after college and it was about $30/month.  I can give you the name of my agent if you are interested.

  • I was going to suggest Starbuck's as well. I hear they are good to work for? I'm not sure how much truth there is to that, but it might be worth a shot.
