Hey!  Typically how it works when you need someone 5 days a week is you would split the week between 2 sitters (one person does M, W, F and another does T, R-which is because most of the girls are in college and this reflects class schedules, although you may be able to find someone older to do all 5 days).  Julie is the owner of sitters and last time I checked they had over 300 sitters in the database.  When you sign up, you indiacte whether you are looking for just random sit times or if you have a long-term situation.  They also do overnights, hotel sits, etc.-pretty much anything to meet someone's situation.
