As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Food Nesties!
I want to take a cooking class. I am looking for a class that isn't a one-time, "learn how to make this meal" thing. I am looking for one that teaches me HOW to cook, what certain ingredients do to foods, how to be more efficient in the kitchen, etc. I would like either to either learn about Italian food or maybe baking desserts, if I had to narrow it down. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
