Is Britney trying to lose her kids?

Anyone think she is trying to lose custody of her kids?  It's a terrible thing to say but it's almost like she is acting all nuts to get rid of her kids so she doesn't have to "deal" with them any more.  I can't believe she didn't show up in court today.  Sorry, I am totally hooked on this drama.

I am totally hooked on the Britney drama as well. It's seriously a trainwreck I just can't look away from.

Technically, neither Britney nor K-Fed had to be at today's hearing; supposedly Britney was "strongly advised" to attend by her lawyers so she could basically plead her case directly to the judge on why she shouldn't lose custody until April when the real custody hearing is set to begin.  She certainly is not acting like a mother who wants to keep custody of her kids.

Seriously, when this all started, who thought that K-Fed would come out on top??

Kevin Fed was there, as  would (I would think)any mother fighting for her kids.  He was wearing a Mohawk haircut and a blue pin-striped suit but at least he was there!!  
Spears was nowhere in sight.

I can't read about the Britney drama anymore.  I think I'm over it.  Although, I saw her new video.  It's a lot better than "Gimme More" and I think she looked good in it.  (perhaps it's the editing)

Yep, I read that K-Fed showed up...that was very smart of him.  Personally, I actually respect him in this situation because a) he showed up to court (and I believe he has once or twice before for important hearing) and b) when the kids are with him, he doesn't parade them out and about town for the paparazzi to take pics of. Honestly, in some ways, I think Britney just thinks Sean and Jayden are accessories that can be put aside when she doesn't want them. Plus she parades those kids around and drags them all over creation.

lots of mothers blow off court hearings in regards to their children.  it's very sad.  then wonder why they lose them?

I just read online that Britney has now apparently shown up at the courthouse for the hearing. That was smart of her.

yep i know! I just read on Perez Hilton that Britney has had her visitation rights suspended indefinitely.

I keep reading the updates too - it's like a trainwreck you can't look away from!

I think Perez said she went for 10 mins, said she "couldn't deal" and left with her new paparazzi boyfriend.

Seriously, if that girl doesnt hit rock bottom soon, something worse than losing her kids is going happen. It's just so sad.
