Remember when you were in college and...
didn't go out until after 10pm, because any earlier the bars would be dead and stupid??
I have to work tonight, and get done after 10, and at that point, it is so hard to find people to DO STUFF.
Re: Remember when you were in college and...
I would feel so strange going out at 10pm now. If I'm out past midnight anymore I start to worried about needing to go home and go to bed. Jeez, I feel old.
lol.. i so recall that!
funny part is my husband didn't go "away to college" and never lived the crazy college kid life
so he thinks all the stuff i did back in the day was insane!! i'm gald SOMEONE understands!
Ahhhhh ~ good times.
That guy is SO checking you out.
You think so?
Just keep dancing & we'll pretend we didn't notice him.
OMG! He smiled at me.
He thinks we're both hot.
Ugh, somebody just spilled their beer on me.
omg! so funny and so true. i'm lucky if i make til 10 anymore.
and seriously LOL at brainstorm's response!!
Of course, it is being used at the trashiest 21 and UNDER clubs on Teen Night. Word has it, they had to institute a "90 Degree" rule (can't bend over past 90 degress when someone is behind you dancing) and a panties rule, as in you have to wear them.
So not the same!
As to your original post... DH and I took a vacation near Miami in December. We went to a club while we were there. We got there at 10 because that's about the right time here in Columbus. Wrong! They don't even open until 10:30. And they didn't close until 5am! DH and I are so old that we were ready to leave at midnight... just as the club started getting busy.
Ahh, those were the days. And of course sleeping in until noon!
Now if I want to go out and stay up late my kids still wake me up at 7am. Now if only I could send them to grandmas for the weekend.
We're pretty lame now too....and were even before Maisie came along. In fact, I don't remember 1 single night of our honeymoon that we stayed up past 11pm. Amazing what a few short years can make!!
You guys are cracking me up.
