Job Opening

I just gave my 2 weeks notice, so my job will be open soon! LOL

It's for a leasing agent at The Village at Worthington Green, off of Hard Rd. and Smoky Row Rd. It's a great company, nice property, nice people, I just needed more money, so I accepted a position as an Assistant Manager elsewhere.

I don't know if they'll be changing anything for the position for the next person, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I'm full-time, and I'm guessing that the pay would be depending on what you're making now, as that's what they did for me. Guessing in the $10-11/hr range, plus commissions. The nice thing is that they pay for your insurance, so you have no monthly premium.
It requires customer service and major sales/closing skills, prior leasing a plus.

I don't want to say too much, just b/c I don't know if they're going to hire f/t or p/t or even what she'll want to do, but i just wanted to get it out there for anyone wanting a lead.

You can fax your resume to 614-761-3986, and I'll get it and give it to the manager.
They didn't have you where I come from...never knew the best was yet to come...

Re: Job Opening

  • I am actually looking for a new position!  I am currently a real estate agent, but need something where I get a paycheck every month, so I am going to fax you my resume tomorrow!  Thanks!
