Measuring the volume of an oven
Does anyone have any experience measuring the volume of an oven? We're curious what size oven we currently have so when we're shopping for a new one we make sure to get a bigger one. All the ads give volumes, but we're not sure what points they measure--I have to assume it's the inside, but does it go all the way to the edge or just the useable space?
Okay, I think I'm done being a post whore now
Re: Measuring the volume of an oven
I don't know how they measure the inside, but when we were buying the oven, we just went for the biggest we could find -- 30". Our old ovens weren't wide enough to fit our cookie sheets, so we wanted something bigger. And when we took our 24" ovens out and replaced it with 30" ovens, the hole was big enough.
Kind of confusing, I know....the people at Lowe's or Home Depot are super helpful, though!
