As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Capet Cleaner RAVE and thanks to Jan!
Jan recommended Elite Carpet Cleaners (there are two, this one is out of Canal) and they were supposed to come clean our carpet yesterday. The guy had a horrible accident with the machine and ended up in the ER, and came out still and did it today! Our carpets look and smell great, and he was even able to get out blood from Punkin being sick that was in the carpet. Plus, he did a pet pretreat and cleaned our rug for free b/c they couldn't come yesterday!

seriously, thats what impressed us about them too. that they didnt just do the minimum, they really do good business like in the old days (as i lean on my walker to say this) lol
so glad that you had a good experience with them!
There are 2? That explains why I had a bad experience with them. I must have used the wrong ones. That makes sense. Everyone raves about them and my guy did a terrible job and was here for 2 rooms for less than 15 minutes. I will use the Canal ones next time
