Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I HATE AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEMS!!!! I am now talking to about the fifth person over the last hour trying to get one question answered. Whatever happened to customer service?!?!?!

yeah seems like ANYONE you try to call (company wise) you have to go through 40 menus
the worst is when you have to type in all of your life info (zip, account number, last four social etc etc) and then.. when you GET someone, you have to regive all the info... nothing makes me madder!
