As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

They came out and the guy (Ron) was AWESOME! Turns out our 1 1/2 year old super nice stainless steel fridge had a connector that wasn't quite connected when it was made and so it shorted. This was our third repairman to look at it and we kept losing a lot of food. We were at our wits end and he caught something very hard to find. In all, the reapir cost us only 79.00! Thanks Amber!!!
