gyno recs

Hi ladies... I'm a Columbus nestie, but was a NEO knottie so I tend to be more active on those boards. :)

I'm in need of a good gnyo in the area (I live in the Hilliard area, but wouldn't mind traveling across town for a good doc).  Maybe an OBGYN that is accepting non-preggers.  We aren't planning on a baby right now, but within a year we'd like to start trying.  So, I guess it wouldn't hurt to find one I'm comfortable with now.

My husband works for OSU and we have their insurance.  So, I need one that's offiliated with OSU Med Center.

Thanks ladies!  I really appreciate the help.

Re: gyno recs

  • Anyone at Stoneridge OBGYN is great! It's located on 161 and Sawmill. They are an Ohio State practice so Im sure you would be covered.
  • I see Dr. Melillo at Kingsdale Gynecologic Association.  They have two locations one in Powell (Sawmill Pkwy) and one on Lane Ave (which is the one I go too).  He is a great doctor, very easy to talk to.  I haven't seen any other doctor at that practice, but I've heard good things about them all.  Here is their link: http://kingsdaleobgyn.com/

    HTH!
    Happy New Year!
  • Quite a few girls here go to Northwest OB. I like them!
  • thank you - I really appreciate it!!!
  • Hi! I live in Hilliard and highly recommend Northwest OB/GYN. They are located in Mill Run so it's very convenient. Office number is 777-4801. Good luck!
  • I have to 2nd Kingsdale Gynological. I see Dr. Christopher Copeland and just love him! I haven't met with any of the other Drs. but also hear good things and they also have two nurse practioners that are very nice! One thing that is both good and bad is that they all try to deliver their own babies if it's during the day (at night or weekend it's the on call dr.) so when I wasn't pregnant this bugged me because there are times that I waited quit a bit for him to get back or the pregnant moms to be were experiencing some odd/feeling so they get first priority  but now that I'm pregnant-- I LOVE THAT! :-)
  • Hey Erin-

I just now saw this (been a little busy :)

I love love love my doctor at Professionals for Women's Health. They have an office in Dubin, Westerville and on Jasonway near Riverside. Give me an email if you want more info. Hope you're enjoying break!
