handyman needed!
We are looking for someone who can lay tile in our bathroom and perhaps do some other things around our condo. Does anyone have the name and number of a handyman they use? DH could most likely do it, but having never put down tile before....we want it done quickly and done right. Don't tell DH I said that!

We used him to update our half-bath. He stripped the wallpaper, painted the walls, put in new lighting and put in new baseboards. Plus, I had one or two random small things to do in the kitchen. He did a great job and we plan on using him again soon for some other things.
The only thing I didn't like was that it took him 5 days to do all this work. I understood when he had to wait for the paint to dry, but it was really annoying to have him in my house only for hours at a time for that many days. I had to figure something out because I have 2 dogs. When we use him next time, we are going to specify that we want it done as quickly as possible. We'll wait until his schedule is clear from other jobs so he can just focus on ours.
