Wall Street Journal?

Does anyone here (or DH) have subscriptions?  Do you think the subscriptions are worth the price? Do you mind if I ask what you pay for your subscription?

Thanks :)

Re: Wall Street Journal?

  • I have one, but my grandmother gave it to me so I don't know the cost.

I have to say that I totally made fun of it, and now I love it. I read the front page almost every morning. I never have time to read much else, but there are lots of interesting articles. I usually skim the front page of every section and set aside any that look interesting to read later. It gives me lots of interesting things to talk about. :)

I don't know that I would pay for it for myself, but I do love getting it.

  • We get the WSJ Monday-Friday. We both really like it. We've been using airline miles to get the subscription. And it doesn't take many miles. I think this past year we used Continental and it was only 1500 miles.
  • Yes, we've been getting it for over a year now.  DH likes it of course for all the financial news.  I like it and read it since that's the only paper we get.  Most of the time I find interesting articles to read and I'm fine with it.  But if I had my choice, I'd prefer USA Today.

Oh, and I think we pay $100/year.  That's for both delivery M-Sat. and online access.  But I'm not certain on that.
