Looking for some great breakfast recipes
I agreed to make breakfast for about 10 on Christmas morning. I normally make a sausage and egg casserole but it's time to try something new. I'm very open but would love to make some sort of french toast casserole or french toast that I could prep the day before. If you have any good recipes, please share! Thanks!

Creme Brulee French Toast
1 stick unsalted butter
1 c brown sugar
2 T corn syrup
1 (8-9 in.) round loaf country-style bread
5 eggs
1 1/2 c half and half
1 t vanilla
1 t Grand Marnier
1/4 t salt
1. Melt butter, sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat, strirring until smooth. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
2. Cut 6 in slices from the center portion of the bread. Trim crust from slices. Arrange bread in a single layer in the baking dish, squeezing to fit.
3. In a bowl, wisk together eggs, half and half, vanilla, Grand Marnier, and salt until well combined. Pour evenly over the bread. Cover and refridgerate at least 8 hours and up to one day.
4. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350. Bring bread mixture to room temperature.
5. Bake, uncovered, in the middle of the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until puffed and edges are pale golden. Serve immediately.
