Nestie triplet mommy passed away

There was a post this morning on the Multiples Board about a girl who posted often there and was having triplets.  She died giving birth and the story is very sad.  Below is the link to the OP - her friend is setting up a memorial fund to help the DH take care of the 3 babies.

I saw that - so awful.  What's even worse is that this just happened a week ago to another family in AZ.  Such an awful coincidence.

No, I was wondering that too.  The first family had 3 boys and it was last week in AZ.  The second family had (I think) 2 girls and a boy and it was yesterday in MI.
