Questions ladies,

    I am doing some research on what happens if a registered nurse is arrested for possesion of illegal drugs?

I see how you can file complaints but I can't find punishment information and how the Nursing board gets contacted.

It should have on the website how to contact the board of nursing, and employers do it if the court doesn't typically.  There are different levels of "punishment" ranging from restrictions on the nurses license/ability to work and pass narcotics to immediate revocation.  If you can't find it on the website, let me know.  I can try to scan and email the page out of the magazine we get from the state (Momentum) that lists the names of people who have to go before the board and the types of punishment.
