Couch.
So finally after being together for 4 years, I spent my first night on the couch. Not something I'm proud of but things with Julie and I are definantly moody.
She's really sick with a cold, is stressed about her promotion. However, last night I wasn't in the mood for it, and I wasn't putting up w/ her crabbiness, I unrationally went off the handle, and slept on the couch.
Now I feel bad about it, but she already left for work. I can't say sorry till tonight.

You should do some real talking tonight together and spend some quality time together. We like to play this "game" that is helpful during stressful periods....each of you starts the sentence.."I love you because.....xxxxx" and then you say a reason why you love the other. You switch turns doing it and it helps remind you WHY you are together and WHY this person is so important to you and the other stresses in life are NOT worth messing up your relationship.

Try not to wait until tonight, if possible. Send her an email or text, flowers if it's in the budget. I bet she feels just as bad and today will be a loooong day for both of you if you have to wait until tonight to kiss and make up.
