IKEA has baby furniture!

Re: IKEA has baby furniture!

  • Yeah, it's really reasonably priiced, but it's not the best quality.  We thought about getting it, but since we plan on having more than one child and would like to use the same crib for the next one, we decided against Ikea furniture.  I love Ikea, but sometimes it's easy to tell why it's such a good price!
  • They do.... and actually Baby Bargains rates their crib an "A" and also suggests them for dressers.

Their crib is ugly, however.  Too simple for my tastes.

I went last weekend and got a high chair (my brother has 5 kids has highly recommends them) and a pack of plastic dishware and silverware.  If the new one opens before we're May, we might go back and take a second look at their decor and see if there's anything we still need.  Also, they have some adorable tiny furniture that I want to get later (little table/chairs).
  • The stuff I was on line was also NMS.  I thought it looked like stuff in an orphanage. lol  Maybe they have nicer stuff in store??

  • I didn't really care for the stuff much. I like the toys and the small tables and chairs, but the baby furniture itself looks a bit stark for my liking. It's good if you're into a clean cut minimalist look, but that's just me.
