Did you get a gift from your baby's father after going through
the harrowing nine months of pregnancy and the difficulty of delivery?
Some people believe that the trend of a father bestowing a "push present" (so called
because it's a gift for pushing the baby out) on the mother of his
child is simply another way of commercializing what should be a more
intimate family experience, but others believe that a woman deserves to be rewarded for the effort that having a child takes.
If you live in Central Ohio and you received a "push present" when you gave birth, a
news reporter doing a story on this gift-giving practice would like to
talk to you. Just drop an email to jacalyn@theknot.com and share your
thoughts.
