Piano tuner?

I've needed to get my piano tuned for quite some time now, and was hoping that someone here might have a good recommendation for one!  TIA!

Re: Piano tuner?

  • Holton Piano Tuning...we use them at work every year.  I don't think I've ever seen a bill larger than $100.00.  ( I pay the bills here).

  • I was going to rec Holton also -- excellent work, very reasonable prices.

  • We've used Andy Launer for the last 3 years - one man shop whose father tuned pianos, and he's been playing and working on pianos for many years. Awesome prices, and he's very knowledgable. He can also do a lot of work on your piano - he took the entire keyboard from our ~1913 grand piano, cleaned everything up, replaced any worn parts, replaced a few missing ivories (he has a large stock of old ivory keys, so he can match the colors well), etc. for under $200! And he's an incredible pianist, so hearing him play the freshly tuned piano is a treat itself. Clearly I could continue raving... 614-442-7893
  • All that, and I forgot to mention tuning cost! A routine tuning is $75.
